Opportunity:

This role is critical for Head Ahead to successfully deliver complex projects to meet our demanding customers'
needs. As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will manage the full lifecycle of projects on the ServiceNow platform and
delight our customers with our deliveries.

As a senior team member, you will bring gravitas and a high delivery maturity level to the role.

We are looking for an Agile and Project Management practitioner with a history of bringing best practice
techniques to a role. You will have been a Senior Project Manager/Delivery lead for several years and have line
management experience. You will be responsible for the development of the delivery team.

You will be comfortable communicating with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will manage the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects.

• Management of budgets, resources, stakeholders, project reporting and process improvement.

• Work within the established engineering process framework.

• Line management of technical and non-technical team members, providing leadership, coaching and direction to the immediate and wider team.

• Occasional travel to client offices. These may include overnight stays.

• Some international travel may be required.

Essential knowledge and experience:

• Excellent understanding and experience of Agile Methodologies: SCRUM and KANBAN as a Senior Team Manager
• Run multiple workstreams in both a single programme and disparate projects.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Demonstrate successful development of deployment of governance models.
• Excellent end-to-end budgeting and understanding of estimation models of both finances and resources.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the business environment and complex organisational structures.
• Be able to contextualise a project within the boundaries of complex organisations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of international businesses and how regional culture impacts project deliveries.
• Agile Project Management experience of £1m + software delivery projects.
• Strong logic and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office & Microsoft Project
• Professional certification such as Agile Certified Practitioner from the PMI or Certified Scrum Master.

Desirable:

• Understanding/experience in a consultancy environment.

• Professional Project Management certifications such as PMP and Prince2 Practitioner.

• Experience in delivering ServiceNow Projects.

• Able to demonstrate how you have improved the agile processes within your current organisation and articulate the benefits.

• Full UK Driving Licence
• You must be able to clear BPSS and Security Clearance process

• Right to work in U.K

Business Hours, holiday and location:

Hours : Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30 PM

Holidays: 21-25 days (depending on the length of service) excluding Bank Holidays

Location : Grantham, Lincolnshire
