delivering ServiceNow implementation projects for a number of high-profile customers.

We're looking to grow our team of software engineers to pursue exciting and emerging opportunities in the U.K
ServiceNow market and have several openings available.

Our objective is to become a key player in Software Delivery Services in the IT Service Management industry. To
support our ambition, we are looking for team members who are ambitious, professional, hard-working, team
players, and are keen to push boundaries.

Successful applicants will not necessarily have ServiceNow experience; however, you should be aware of the
platform and have a desire and passion for technology. You will be able to demonstrate an aptitude to have or
develop software engineering skills.

Opportunity:

Critical to meeting the needs of customers, our Business / Product Analysts understand and capture business
requirements and play them back to the customer in a language they understand so they can sign them off. Being
fully conversant with Agile-Scrum methodology, you will document requirements as business outcomes within
stories (with robust acceptance criteria) on the ServiceNow platform and get them signed off by our clients. You
will then support the development teams in meeting those requirements.

As a senior team member, you will bring gravitas and a high level of business understanding to the role. You will
influence our clients to find solutions to their business challenges.

Working closely with the Agile development teams throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC), you
will liaise between the technical team and our clients to ensure ‘no surprises’ when sprint demos are delivered.

The role is critical to the success of Head Ahead, and you will be comfortable communicating with all level of
internal and external stakeholders.

You will exhibit a desire to grow your understanding of the technology (ServiceNow) and be used to providing
demos as part of the requirement-gathering process.

This is an office-based role in Grantham, Lincolnshire. You will be collocated with more experienced team
members, which will help you to maximise your learning and growth. We do operate a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within the established engineering process framework.
• Provide product demonstrations to raise awareness of the platform
• Capture business needs, outcomes and critical success factors to support the project business case
• Conducting requirements gathering workshops
• Document business processes, requirements as user stories, use cases and user journeysfor the technical teams to support the implementation.
• Provide day to day support to all the stakeholders.
• Occasional travel to client offices. This may include overnight stay.
• Some international travel may be required.

Essential knowledge and experience:

• Strong logic and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding and experience of Agile / Scrum as a senior team member.
• Senior Business Analyst experience in a technology environment working with external clients preferably within a professional services or consultancy organisation.
• Experience of documenting user journeys.
• Strong understanding and experience of the requirements gathering process, conducting workshops,
  testing methodologies, delivering demos and stakeholder management.
• Collecting complex business requirements, and distilling them to business outcomes in terminology
  meaningful to the SCRUM team.
• Performing gap analysis between requirements and out of the box functionality.
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Desirable:

• Previous experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Understanding / experience in a consultancy environment.
• Professional certification such as CBAP or BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.

Other Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• You must be able to clear BPSS and Security Clearance process

• Right to work in U.K

Business Hours, holiday and location:

Hours : Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30 PM

Holidays: 21-25 days (depending on the length of service) excluding Bank Holidays

Location : Grantham, Lincolnshire
